- _Sketch-Up_
- _Good Communication Skills._
- _Excellent technical design skills._

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **
- _Meeting with clients to discuss and understand their requirements._
- _Taking site measurements._
- _Developing designs from scratch._
- _Preparing working drawings, electrical and plumbing drawings._
- _Preparing submission drawings in Autocad and PreDCR/Autoplan._
- _Coordinating with the local authorities for Map sanctioning._

**Salary**: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
