**Executive Assistant to President**
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinates constantly for schedules; makes appointments and establishes agenda
- Prepares and distributes meeting notes and action items as requested.
- Updates organizational charts and initiates contractor/consulting paperwork as needed.
- Prepares expense reports, performs receipt acknowledgement.
- Prepares and edits correspondence, communications and documents. Provides general administrative support as needed.
- Helps workflow surrounding President's responsibilities to ensure more efficiency.
- Reporting to President
- Make travel arrangements for President
- Co-ordination with Zonal Sales Manager regarding vacancy
- Preparing traveling expense & local expense
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Compilation of Tour Program, Time Utilization, Monthly review format etc.
- Keeping record of meeting expense
- Doing flight ticket booking and web check-in
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years' experience in executive assistant/administrative assistant positions in a corporate setting. (Pharma experience will be preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Should have good knowledge of working in MS-Office.
- Communication should be fluent (Verbal & Written).
Should be good in co-ordination & follow-up.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
