BOF Buyer - Having Good Exposure in valve components. Sound Knowledge in material and its testing process. Understand the quality requirements and ensure the necessary requirements are captured in purchase orders. Exposure to various manufacturing process like forgings & machining. Should have knowledge of process cost and negotiation skills. Exposure to import procurements.

Exposure to SAP and Microsoft tools. Understand the annual plan and ensure the orders placed on time and ensure availability of correct components for manufacturing without any delay. Monitoring the inventory and control on supplies as per the schedule. Analyze the system stock for dilution to ensure the inventory levels are under control.

Willing to travel for expedition to ensure progress in procurement process. Highly self driven, dynamic and confident in the procurement process.
