**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop architectural plans for residential projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and local building codes.
- Collaborate with senior architects, interior designers, and project managers to create and refine design concepts.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects align with design intent and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Utilize architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit for project planning and visualization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices relevant to residential architecture.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in residential architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
