**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist in managing and streamlining the RTO (Regional Transport Office) Challan Payment Process as part of our project. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, data management, and process optimization within a critical public service domain.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management and Verification**:
Assist in collecting, organizing, and verifying challan payment data from relevant sources.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of records for payment processing.
**Payment Process Coordination**:
Support the team in coordinating with RTO officials, vendors, and customers for challan-related payments.
Track payment statuses and follow up on pending cases.
**Customer Support**:
Provide assistance to users by resolving queries related to challan payments.
Help guide individuals through the online/offline payment process.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of challan payments and related activities.
Generate periodic reports for internal review and project tracking.
**Process Optimization**:
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the challan payment process and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the team to test and implement new solutions for smoother operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:
Graduates or 12th pass required.
**Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with online payment systems and portals is an added advantage.
**Soft Skills**:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills for interacting with officials and customers.
Problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
**Other Requirements**:
Interest in learning about public services and process optimization.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per year
