We’re looking for a Techno Functional Analyst Lead to:

- design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
- build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
- understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
- share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities.

**Your team**
- In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Americas - Banking team in Pune focusing on the Deposits business area. As part of this opportunity you will help the Deposits team build out transformational systems in support of the US Bank’s strategic objectives.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 12+ years of experience in a similar position focused on Banking domain preferably within the deposits space, within the finance sector
- strong exposure to core banking systems and associated business processes
- interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
- strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing and architecting large scale systems
- fluent in English
- must have significant experience in effective partner management and interfacing business partners and ability to engage with stakeholders from other teams
- must be competent and experienced in interacting with various technology aspects (platforms, software development methodology, agile team dynamics
- proficient in SQL and skills like log analysis, issue triage as well as having ability to think and articulate tactical and strategic solutions.
- excellent analytical and problem solving skills to help breakdown complex problems into consumable issues.
