**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Perform **welding on boilers, IBR pipelines, and pressure vessels** as per Indian Boiler Regulations.
- Carry out **butt, fillet, and groove welds** on pipes, tubes, and plates in various positions (1G-6G).
- Work strictly as per **approved WPS, IBR codes, and engineering drawings**.
- Ensure proper **weld quality, pre-heating, and PWHT (post-weld heat treatment)**.
- Coordinate with fitters and inspectors for **fit-up checks, NDT, and hydro testing**.
- Maintain strict adherence to **safety and IBR documentation requirements**.

**Requirements**:

- Valid **IBR Welder Certification (Regulation 609)**.
- Skilled in **SMAW, GTAW, TIG/MIG** welding processes.
- Minimum **3 years’ experience** in IBR fabrication and boiler/piping projects.
- Knowledge of **safety protocols and quality assurance procedures**.

**Position**: IBR Fabric Fitter

**Department**: Fabrication / Maintenance / Projects

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret **IBR-approved fabrication drawings and layouts**.
- Perform **cutting, edge preparation, alignment, and fit-up** of pipelines, flanges, and boiler parts.
- Ensure correct **root gap, tolerances, and alignment** before welding.
- Assist welders during **fit-up, tack welding, and inspection processes**.
- Handle assembly of **valves, fittings, supports, and accessories** as per IBR standards.
- Support inspectors during **hydro test and IBR approval process**.
- Maintain high standards of **safety and quality compliance** at the site.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years’ experience** in IBR fabrication projects.
- Proficient with measuring tools (**vernier calipers, gauges, spirit levels, etc.**).
- Familiar with **IBR codes, standards, and inspection procedures**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
