**Job location**: Perundurai - SIPCOT

**Experience**: 8+ Years

**Qualification**:

- Diploma Textile or B.Tech/B.E. - Textile Tech.

**Essential skills and competences**:

- The job involves working in Shifts
- Responsible for production & productivity of his Shift
- Experience in working on Airjet looms - Toyota 340, Delta, Omini plus, Sumam, Toyoto
- Knowledge of Warping will be an added advantage.
- Should be ready to learn other desired process / operation as a part of multi-skilling activity.
- Hands on experience on working on excel spread sheet will be preferred.
- Maintenance coordination for the brand new Airjet Looms.

**Key Skills **: picanol, rapier, weaving, têxtile engineering.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in weaving cloth:.
- Prepares and issues instructions to drawing-in department, indicating harness size, number of harnesses required, type of heddles, number of warps ends per inch, and sequence in which warp ends are to be drawn through harness and reed.
- Prepares loom change instructions indicating changes in loom shedding, picking, beating-up, warp let off, and cloth take up motions according to weaving design.
- Scans cloth during weaving for defects in yarn, design, and loom setup.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
