**Job Overview**: As an Interior Design Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales by providing expert advice and personalized service to clients seeking interior design products and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, recommend suitable products, and ensure a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their design goals, preferences, and budget. Provide tailored recommendations for products and services that align with their vision.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, including furniture, fixtures, têxtiles, and decor. Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to clients.
- **Sales and Targets**: Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with clients, following up on leads, and closing sales. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **Design Assistance**: Assist clients in selecting colors, materials, and design elements. Offer creative solutions and design ideas to enhance their space.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Ensure a positive and professional experience for every client.
- **Showroom Maintenance**: Keep the showroom organized, visually appealing, and stocked with current products. Ensure displays are well-maintained and reflect current design trends.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the interior design team and other sales staff to ensure cohesive service delivery and share insights on client needs and preferences.
- **Market Trends**: Stay informed about industry trends, design innovations, and competitor activities to offer relevant and up-to-date advice to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design or a related field. Experience with high-end furniture and decor is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with interior design principles, products, and trends. Ability to use design software or tools is an advantage.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in interior design, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- **Attributes**: Enthusiastic, creative, and client-focused with a keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design.
