**Job Responsibilities Include**:

- Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product. - Stay updated with market trends.
- Understanding clients’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
- Keeping the client’s database maintained and updated.
- Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances.
- Collaborate with the marketing and BDE teams to align calling strategies with business goals.
- Keeping records of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
- Maintain relationships with Clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Education Qualification**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a tele caller or any similar role.
- Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to handle client conversations professionally.
- Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
