**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Develop original and innovative content that aligns with the brand's tone, style, and messaging.

- **Multimedia Production**:

- Produce a variety of multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and other visual assets.
- Ensure all content is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for different platforms.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and curate social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align content creation with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify content reach.

**Note**: Equipment like a video camera, laptop, mic, and other required items will be provided by the company.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Social Media Presence**:

- Applicant must have a some presence on major social media platforms, such as Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, or others relevant to the content creation field.
- **Good Speaking Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential. The applicant should be able to articulate ideas clearly and engage audiences effectively through spoken content.
- **Proficiency in English**:

- decent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is required to create content that is grammatically correct, well-structured, and appeals to a diverse audience.
- **Content Creation Experience**:

- A minimum of **6 months of hands-on experience in content creation is mandatory**. This could include creating videos, blog posts, podcasts, or other forms of content relevant to the target audience. Note: If you are fresher
- **Fresher Consideration**:While a minimum of 6 months of content creation experience is preferred, we are open to considering passionate and confident individuals who are fresher in the field. Freshers must showcase their ability and enthusiasm for content creation through a compelling portfolio or samples of their work. The emphasis will be on evaluating their creativity, potential, and dedication to learning and growing in the role.
- **Creativity and Originality**:

- The applicant should demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to content creation, showcasing the ability to generate original ideas and concepts that resonate with the target audience.
