**Profile** - Store Executive

**Qualification** - Any Graduate

**Experience** - Min. 5+ yrs. In foundry Industry

**Working Hour** - 12

**Location** - Kaladera. Raj.

**Job Description**:

- Maintain accurate records of raw materials (scrap, alloys, chemicals), consumables (refractories, fluxes), tools, and spares.
- Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained to prevent production delays.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Receive incoming materials as per purchase orders.
- Physically verify quality, quantity, and specifications.
- Coordinate with the quality department for material inspection and clearance.
- Issue materials to various departments (melting, molding, machining, maintenance) based on requisitions.
- Maintain records of issued materials for traceability.
- Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent deterioration, damage, or mixing.
- Label materials clearly and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or LIFO (Last In, First Out) as per policy.
- Handle hazardous materials (like fluxes or chemicals) with care and as per safety norms.
- Update material movement in ERP or inventory software.
- Generate GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), MRNs (Material Requisition Notes), and other documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment of stock.
- Provide material status reports to production planning teams.
- Liaise with suppliers for returns or clarifications on received items.
- Ensure the store area is well organized and complies with safety and fire norms.
- Use appropriate equipment for material handling (e.g., forklifts, trolleys).
- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit, ISO/5S standards, and other quality systems.
