**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Design and implement automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and effectiveness and also document Test scripts.
- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects and issues.
- Monitor and report on testing progress and status to project stakeholders.
- Continuously improve the testing process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Work closely with the delivery team for discovery and demo for the client.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates, and incorporate them into the testing process as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce testing and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce testing tools such as Selenium and Apex Test Runner preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Salesforce Developer are a plus.
