*Key Responsibilities:*

Deliver engaging and comprehensive English lessons to Lower Secondary students.
Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and resources to cater to diverse learning styles. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
*Qualifications:*
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in English or a related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in teaching the Cambridge curriculum for Lower Secondary levels.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken.

*Additional Preferred Qualifications:*
- Participation in workshops, seminars, and professional development courses related to English language teaching.
- Experience in conducting workshops or seminars is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Enthusiasm for integrating technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
