**Role & Responsibilities of Associate Dean - Education Quality/Quality Assurance**:
IMT Ghaziabad is looking at experienced academic administrators with a proven track record of spearheading quality assurance initiatives. The role is expected to include (but not limited to) the following:
- Imbibe and build further on our Learner centric approach
- Identification and institutionalization of best practices
- Adoption of quality culture as per global standards
- Digital transformation of institutional academic quality systems
- Studying and enabling academic progression
- Developing appropriate feedback and ‘feed-forward’ mechanisms with institutional stakeholders on quality-related academic processes
- Implementation and continuous tracking of quality parameters as required by regulatory bodies
- Developing and implementing a centralized institutional framework to ensure continuous quality improvement leading to working with teams to attain strategic objectives such as Indian/International accreditations and rankings
