- Create age-appropriate and engaging art and craft lesson plans, considering the skill levels and interests of the students.
- Teach students various art and craft techniques, such as drawing, painting, sculpting, ceramics, and other forms of creative expression.
- Conduct demonstrations to illustrate techniques, materials, and processes involved in art and craft projects.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of art supplies, tools, and materials needed for various projects.
- Provide guidance and support to students, offering feedback and encouragement to help them develop their artistic skills.
- Foster creativity and self-expression among students, encouraging them to explore different art styles and ideas.
- Evaluate student work, provide constructive feedback, and assign grades or assessments as necessary.

- Bachelor's degree in art education, fine arts with teaching qualification, or equivalent.
- Strong artistic skills and knowledge of various art and craft techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with students of different age groups.
- Patience and a passion for nurturing creativity in students.
- Organizational skills to manage art supplies and materials.
- Classroom management skills to maintain an orderly and safe environment.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
