**Job Title: Graphic Designer (2D Graphics)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **2D Design**:

- Create and develop high-quality 2D for digital assets, including marketing materials, and promotional content motion graphics videos.
- For the integration of social media images, cover page, reels, videos, there should be complete information about the sizes and proportion of all the social handles.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product technical teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Do effective visual research and create Style Guides for the team. Also adapt yourself as per the trends in the market.
- Self learner and self motivated.
- Able to explore and practically use AI tools and create 2D graphics, digital avatars, and video content for company website and social media.
- Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms
- Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content.
- Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices
- Develop user-centric designs for websites.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Utilize software such as Adobe Photoshop, After effects, illustrator, Premiere pro to produce visually appealing and technically accurate designs.
- Should have good knowledge of Adobe XD to be able to create creatives for web UI and also knowledge of providing web ui assets to the development team.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with the creative, marketing, and development teams to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions.
- Present design concepts to reporting managers and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or similar related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D and motion graphics design work.
- Proficiency in design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere pro as well as Ai tools for still image creation and video creation).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and functional designs.
- Must have modern and new trend graphic designs and video effects sense.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
