**Title**: Tour Operator

**Location**: Ernakulam, Kerala, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute domestic or international tour itineraries ensuring exceptional experiences for travelers
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including hotels, transport providers, and tour guides to ensure smooth tour operations
- Plan and execute domestic and international fixed departure tours to various destinations, managing logistics and customer experience
- Manage a team of tour guides and support staff, providing guidance and ensuring quality service delivery
- Resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during tours, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial aspects of domestic tour operations

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in tour management or a related role within the travel industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of popular tourist destinations, attractions, and travel logistics across India and overseas
- Experience in planning and executing domestic or international fixed departure tours is highly desirable
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage tours efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
