Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary:
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Implement and maintain automated monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and mitigate issues
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable and reliable services
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and outages
- Work closely with infrastructure teams to design and build resilient and secure infrastructure
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support
- Continuously improve and optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
