We are seeking a talented and creative Producer to join our dynamic team at Pitaara TV. As a Producer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing high-quality Punjabi television content. Your responsibilities will include scriptwriting, pre-production, production, and post-production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scriptwriting**: Develop engaging and creative scripts for various television formats, including shows, documentaries, and short films.
- **Pre-Production**: Oversee pre-production activities such as location scouting, casting, and budgeting.
- **Production**: Manage production teams, coordinate shoots, and ensure smooth execution of the production process.
- **Post-Production**: Collaborate with the editing team to finalize the content, including adding sound effects, music, and graphics.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process.
- **Liaison**: Coordinate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and finance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the TV or radio industry
- Strong command of the Punjabi language, both written and spoken
- Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills
- Passion for Punjabi culture and entertainment

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
