Responsible for the procurement of Gearbox materials including shafts, bearings, gears, and oil shields.
- Manage the purchase of materials required for the assembly of Gearboxes and Rotavators.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Select the best suppliers based on pricing, quality, and delivery performance.
- Oversee the assembly process of Gearbox components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Supervise inventory and storage of Gearbox and Rotavator materials.
- Ensure all components (shaft, gearbox, bearing, gears, oil shield) are available for assembly.
- Purchase Jobwork services, ensuring proper quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with external vendors for machining and assembly work related to Gearbox and Rotavator production.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Review and assess supplier quotes, ensuring the most competitive terms are chosen.
- Evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Accounts department to manage payment processing for purchases.
- Ensure that all purchase-related invoices are processed correctly and promptly.
- Track and manage purchase orders and deliveries, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of critical materials required for assembly.
- Manage inventory of Gearbox components to avoid shortages and ensure smooth production.
- Maintain proper documentation for all purchases, orders, and vendor communications.
- Prepare periodic reports on purchases, stock levels, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
