**Job description**

**Edify School Proddatur, Andhra Pradesh is hiring Front Office Executive with 1-4 years experience in CBSE / Cambridge curriculum.**

As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and efficient service. Your role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception and Visitor Management**:

- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling correspondence.

**Administrative Support**:

- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
- Distribute incoming mail and packages, and manage outgoing mail and courier services.

**Coordination and Support**:

- Assist with coordinating school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Support school administration with various tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a front office executive, receptionist, or in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
