**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Executive Duties**:

- *Customer Engagement*: Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending cycling products (bikes, accessories, apparel, etc.) that best fit their requirements.
- *Sales Performance*: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products, explaining product features, and closing sales.
- *Product Knowledge*: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, brands, and cycling trends to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- *Inventory Management*: Assist in managing stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring proper product availability on the sales floor.
- *Promotions and Events*: Organize or participate in store promotions, cycling events, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
- *Customer Relationship Management*: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business through effective communication and follow-up.

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certifications in bicycle mechanics is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role within the cycling industry or a related field.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Technical expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and assembling bicycles.
- Knowledge of cycling products, brands, and trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using POS systems, inventory management software, and other retail tools.
- Passion for cycling and a genuine interest in promoting cycling as a lifestyle.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
