**Job Title**: LabQA - Trainee
**Department**: Threat Control Lab
**Job Location**: Sholinganallur, Chennai (Work from Office only)
**Number of Positions** - 1
**Notice Period**: Immediate Joiners are preferred

**Primary Responsibilities (Job Description)**:

- Attend comprehensive Process Lab training and diligently carry out day-to-day tasks
- Consistently follow documented policies, procedures and guidelines as defined by your line manager
- Contribute to the documentation of processes and systems for future reference

**Skills & Experience**:
**Required**:

- Ability to communicate in the English language
- Comfort with the Windows operating system using both the command line (DOS and Batch commands) and GUI
- Working knowledge of networking protocols such as HTTP(S) and FTP, and the use of the associated common command line and GUI tools, including wget, FTP clients and browsers
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
- Basic knowledge of malware and computer security products
- Basic knowledge of virtualization environments

**Desired**:

- Comfort with Unix/Linux operating systems and standard shell commands
- Knowledge of various network protocols
- Read and understand 3rd party test methodologies at a granular level so as to be able to replicate the tests within the lab with appropriate tools
