**KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Design of new products and changes in existing line of products of water dispenser & NB

2. Collaborate with tooling, molding and sheet metal department for enhanced productivity in designed parts

3. 2D drawing and 3D modelling of components in CAD software.

4. Work with our Proto lab to fabricate molds and tooling for prototype needs

5. Design and develop production tooling and process to meet customer requirements

6. Work with Production Engineering to develop tooling and systems to optimize production efficiency

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES -**

1. Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.

2. Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes into and out of the company.

3. Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development.

4. Document all phases of research and development.

**KEY COMPETENCIES-**

1. Oversee complex research projects,

2. Great problem-solving skills.

3. Ability to multitask efficiently

4. Proven experience in a relevant role.

5. MIS Reports

**SOFTWARE / ERP EXPOSURE**:
- Computer Knowledge -MS word,Excel,PPT,ERP,NAV ,Solid Works etc.
