**Job Title**: Academic Coordinator (Playschool - Class V)
**Location**: HARYANA INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY, New Town
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Principal

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Leadership**:

- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and assessment across Playschool to Class V.
- Ensure alignment of teaching practices with school standards and educational policies.
- Monitor academic progress and provide guidance to teachers for continuous improvement.
- **Teacher Supervision & Development**:

- Support, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff regularly.
- Organize teacher training workshops and professional development sessions.
- Encourage innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning.
- **Curriculum & Assessment Management**:

- Review and upgrade syllabi in line with latest academic trends and regulatory guidelines.
- Design and oversee the schedule and administration of assessments and exams.
- Track student performance and initiate remedial programs where necessary.
- **Parental Engagement**:

- Communicate with parents regarding academic progress, curriculum updates, and school activities.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and respond to academic queries and concerns.
- **Operational Coordination**:

- Collaborate with administrative staff for smooth functioning of school activities.
- Maintain academic records and prepare periodic reports for school management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: B.Ed (mandatory); Bachelor's/Master’s in English or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of teaching and/or academic coordination experience, preferably in a CBSE school system.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Passionate about early childhood and primary education.
- Positive attitude and ability to inspire both teachers and students.
- Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
