We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal

customers. This position requires a professional, goal-driven individual who is comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing our services and addressing inquiries.
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Schedule appointments or meetings with clients as required for further discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.
- Address customer queries, resolve objections, and provide clear, concise information.
- Support follow-up communication and post-sale assistance when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills in English (fluency in additional languages is a plus).
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable with handling customer objections and maintaining persistence in achieving goals.
