**Job Summary**:
The Trainer - ITC: Mechatronics, Electronics, and Mechanical, will deliver hands-on, inclusive training programs in core technical skills aligned with industry needs. The role involves equipping persons with disabilities (PwDs) with job-ready competencies in mechatronics, electronics, and mechanical domains. The trainer will ensure skill development is accessible, practical, and customized to meet the varied learning requirements of participants, ultimately supporting their employment in technical sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver technical training sessions in Mechatronics, Electronics, and Mechanical trades based on APD’s industry-aligned curriculum.
- Facilitate practical workshops on Mechatronics, Electronics, and Mechanical trades based on APD’s industry-aligned curriculum.
- Adapt training content and methods to suit learners with different disabilities, ensuring inclusive and engaging instruction.
- Conduct hands-on assessments and evaluations to monitor skill development and industry readiness.
- Maintain tools, training equipment, and safety protocols in the workshop/training lab.
- Coordinate with the placement team to align technical training with employer requirements.
- Engage with industry experts for exposure visits, guest lectures, and upskilling of training content.
- Participate in internal ToTs and upgrade skills in line with evolving industry practices.
