**Role Overview**
As the Research Associate you will conduct in-depth research on topics like personal finance and stock market by staying up to date with industry trends. You will support content IPs, including but not limited to podcasts, blogs and content for social media platforms and work across teams to ensure impactful social media growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct end-to-end research across various finance-related topics in the stock market.
- Uncover and present insights in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner to support marketing initiatives.
- Produce research-backed content for social media IPs, including detailed reports, articles, and multimedia content tailored for platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure research aligns with the overall business strategy, helping drive engagement and educational value for social media initiatives.
- Work with data sets to perform analysis, interpretation, and visualization, ensuring research is data-driven and impactful.
- Stay up to date on trends and news in the stock and personal finance industry.
**Requirements**:
- An undergraduate/Masters degree is in any field which had a research and data focus (degree in business, finance, journalism, communications, or a related field preferred)
- Background in finance research with experience in stock market and investment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting research findings.
