**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the team to understand project requirements, campaign objectives, and target audience profiles.
- Create compelling visual storytelling through typography, imagery, and layout to enhance the overall user experience and drive engagement.
- Utilise design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and other industry-standard software to create and edit designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance your design skills and maintain a competitive edge.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactively seek feedback and iterate on designs based on internal and external stakeholder inputs to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all designs are error-free, visually appealing, and optimised for different channels and formats.

**Requirements:

- **
- 1 or 2 years of experience as an illustrator
- A bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, and other relevant tools
- A solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually compelling designs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
