An F&B captain, or food and beverage captain, is responsible for ensuring that guests receive customer-focused service and that the F&B outlet runs smoothly. Their responsibilities include:
- **Guest service**Greeting guests, explaining menu items, answering questions, and addressing complaints
- **Service operations**Supervising the service team, ensuring service standards are met, and organizing the duty roster
- **Food and beverage**Acquiring knowledge of the menu, serving food and beverages, and timing dishes to maximize the dining experience
- **Outlet management**Setting up the outlet for service, maintaining cleanliness, and notifying management of maintenance issues
- **Inventory and cost control**Planning and controlling supplies, ensuring minimum wastage, and using up-selling techniques
- **Safety and hygiene**Following hygiene standards, reporting incidents and accidents, and monitoring health, hygiene, and safety
- **Communication**Communicating with guests, other employees, and departments
F&B captains should be customer-focused, able to work flexible shifts, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
