**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Telesales Management**:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the telesales team.
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyse telesales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
**2. Outbound Calling**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns.
- Follow-up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
**3. Lead Generation**:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
- Utilize telesales techniques to qualify leads and ensure a high-quality lead pipeline.
- Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up.
**4. Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams for product/service improvement.
**5. Training and Development**:
- Provide training and guidance to telesales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competition to ensure a
- knowledgeable and effective telesales team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telesales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
