**FIELD ASSISTANT: 2 Nos**

**Location**:Khalapur/Talegaon/Narayangaon

Bachelor’s accommodation will be provided at Narayangaon or Navi Mumbai

**CTC OFFERED**: 3.60 LPA - 4.20 LPA

**SCOPE OF WORK**

1. Taking field trials

2. Laying out the design.

3. Preparation of trial protocol

4. Noting **physiological &morphological **observations

5. Skilled in taking photographs of treated and untreated plots.

**CANDIDATE CRITERIA**

M.Sc. (Agriculture) with Soil Science/Agronomy/Horticulture.

Sound knowledge of fertilizer/soil chemistry, crop cultivation practices, plant physiology.

Experience of conducting experimental trials and reporting.

Experience in taking trials with nutrition products is preferred.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Conduct the Bio efficacy trials of bio stimulants, PGR, WSF NPK insecticide, fungicide & herbicide at farmer level.
- Prepare written and video testimonials of farmers as per format given by HO.
- To maintain the confidentiality and security of the trials and trial data conducted in designated location.
- Should be accountable for the agreed upon number of trials per month.
- To maintain calendar and obtained stage wise results and readings for morphological and physical growth and interim report of various trials laid out.
- Should have the basic knowledge of collecting the soil samples.
- Online field evaluation for NPK and other essential parameters with probe and kits.
