**Job Summary**:
You will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and driving sales conversions for our interior design and modular Kitchen solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and follow up on leads through cold calls and Schedule client meetings and encourage visits to our **Experience Center**.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior or modular solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.
- Maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
- Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Maintain sales records, prepare regular reports, and meet or exceed targets.

**Requirements**:

- 1-5 years of experience in **sales roles** within **Interiors, Real Estate, Banking or Financial Services**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
