**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using **Figma**.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the product.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data.
- Ensure designs are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with best UX practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a product or SaaS environment.
- Proficient in **Figma** and other design/prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of **wireframing, prototyping, and design systems**.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with design accessibility standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
