**Job Summary**:
The Logistics Executive will oversee smooth and efficient logistics operations, including First Mile and
- Last Mile deliveries, within the assigned zone or area. Responsibilities include managing SLAs, ensuring
- timely shipments, cost control, and driving continuous process improvements within the logistics supply
- chain. The role demands operational excellence, cost efficiency, and P&L management for the logistics
- function in the designated zone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Logistics Operations Management:

- Oversee end-to-end First Mile and Last Mile logistics operations to ensure smooth functioning
- within the assigned zone or area.
- Ensure zero missing shipments (both in value and numbers) and prevent fake updates in the
- logistics software system.
- Monitor and manage shipment closures within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) to prevent
- delivery commitment breaches.
- SLA & TAT Management:

- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times committed to clients and
- customers.
- Track daily performance metrics, including PDD (Promised Delivery Date), and address
- escalations raised by Client Servicing teams.
- Cost Optimization & Productivity Improvement:

- Optimize per-shipment costs while maintaining or improving productivity.
- Ensure logistics costs are controlled and stay within budgeted figures.
- Continuously re-engineer logistics processes for enhanced cost efficiency, service quality, and
- operational performance..
- Supply Chain Optimization:

- Redesign logistics supply chain setups to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Streamline business processes for increased efficiency and performance.
- Profit & Loss (P&L) Accountability:

- Own the logistics function’s P&L for the assigned zone.
- Maintain financial discipline by controlling costs and adhering to budgeted figures.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration,
- or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management with expertise in
- First Mile and Last Mile operations.
- **Skills**:
- Comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes, operations, and optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to handle high shipment volumes while meeting strict SLAs and cost targets.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in logistics management software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external
- clients.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
