**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Identify and qualify leads, gathering necessary customer details.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information or solutions.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with customers at all times.
- **Product/Service Promotion**:

- Explain product features and benefits to prospective clients, focusing on the value proposition.
- Upsell or cross-sell products or services where applicable.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets or KPIs as set by the department.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and track progress until conversion.
- **Handling Inquiries and Issues**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns or complaints efficiently.
- Provide after-sales support as required.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activity, outcomes, and sales progress.
- **Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Follow company guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain a high standard of call quality and customer satisfaction.
