**About the role**:
Education counsellor is an individual contributor role for guiding and selling certifications as well as degree programmes to working professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound and Online Process.
- Converting leads into admissions for top IITs, IIMs and Degree colleges.
- Generating referrals through the existing admissions.
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Responsible for converting any query into admissions.
- Attending 100-150 calls daily in order to achieve the allocated targets.
- Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per there domain.
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
- Creating urgency when required, Rebuttals and counselling skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Active listening

**Salary**: ₹13,548.71 - ₹38,352.03 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
