**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design test cases.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues found during testing.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy and process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in mobile app automation testing, preferably in iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, XCTest, Espresso, or similar.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Python.
- Solid understanding of mobile app development frameworks, architecture, and design patterns.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) or mobile app development.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing services (e.g., AWS Device Farm, Firebase Test Lab).
