**Designer Job Description**:
**Position**: Designer
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in graphic or web design

**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:Create visually appealing graphics for various digital and print mediums.
Develop and design marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and promotional materials.

**Web Design**:Design and maintain visually compelling and user-friendly websites.
Collaborate with web developers to ensure design concepts are implemented effectively.

**Branding**:Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity.
Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all platforms.

**Creative Conceptualization**:Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual communication.
Translate conceptual ideas into visual designs.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to understand design requirements and objectives.
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders.

**Software Proficiency**:Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with web design tools and platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficient in design software and tools.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Stay informed about design trends and industry best practices.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
