**About the role**:
The Boffo School is a leading preschool and looking for an experienced Full-time/Part Time Montessori Directress / Preschool Teacher who can help us in building and establishing our new school. This role requires you to understand the child’s psychology, guide the child as per the need, create detailed activity plans, and curricula focused on developing social, physical, intellectual, and emotional skills, assess the child’s development, and communicate with parents as required. You should be able to create a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment where every child feels comfortable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.
- Observing and guiding teachers as well as children while they learn in the classroom environment.
- Setting an excellent example for students and instilling good values in them like honesty, accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress and writing up reports.
- Ensuring classroom supplies and equipment are available and in good working condition.
- Communicate with parents on the progress of the child.

**Essential Abilities and Personality Competencies**:

- Highly energetic, jovial, patient and empathetic
- Excellent observational, and communication skills.
- The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.
- A lifelong learner who can be a good role model for children.

**Education Qualification**:

- A Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certificate in Montessori Method
- A degree or Diploma in Early childhood teaching, education, child psychology or in a related discipline is preferred.
- Courses or training like storytelling, dance, music, drama, origami, sign language, or any course related to Early childhood education would be advantageous.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of Experience in working with Montessori School will be preferred

or
- 3-4 years of Experience in working with pre-schools / Playgroups.

Start Date: Immediately

**Job Types**: Part-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
