**Job Description: General Science Faculty - SSC**

**Position**: General Science Faculty - SSC

**Location**: Lucknow

**Job Type**: WFO

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures, tutorials, and study materials covering general science topics relevant to SSC exams.
- Design and implement effective teaching strategies to engage students and facilitate understanding of complex scientific concepts.
- Create and update curriculum content to ensure alignment with SSC exam syllabus and requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their academic needs and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on SSC & UP state level exam patterns, trends, and changes to inform instructional strategies and content development.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and instructional designers to enhance the effectiveness of educational materials and delivery methods.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in SSC exam and UP State preparation or similar competitive examinations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for education and commitment to student success.
