Kutchina is a leading brand in modular kitchens and kitchen appliances, known for innovation and excellence. We are looking for a **Video Content Creator & Animator** to produce high-quality brand videos, social media content, and animations.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Conceptualization & Production**
- Develop **creative video ideas and scripts** that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Plan and organize video shoots, including **location scouting and talent coordination**.
- Operate **mirrorless cameras**, ensuring high-quality visuals with multiple lenses, including a **prime lens** for cinematic depth.
- Use a **gimbal** for smooth and professional footage.
- Capture high-quality **video and audio**, using **wireless microphones** for crisp sound.

**Editing & Animation**
- Edit raw footage into polished final products using **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve**.
- Add **motion graphics, animations, and special effects** using **Adobe After Effects** or similar animation software.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in **brand style, color correction, transitions, and sound design**.

**Content Strategy & Execution**
- Collaborate with the **marketing and social media teams** to align video content with brand goals.
- Stay updated with **video production trends** and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Conduct **market research** to analyze audience preferences and enhance video strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics of video content, analyzing **viewership data** to inform future projects.

**Equipment & Project Management**
- Maintain and manage **video production equipment**, ensuring proper functionality.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Education & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in **Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field** (preferred).
- **Minimum 4 years** of experience in **video production, content creation, and animation**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve**.
- Strong knowledge of **camera operations, lighting setup, and sound design**.
- Experience with **mirrorless cameras, gimbals, wireless microphones, and lenses**.
- Ability to create high-quality video content with **motion graphics and animations**.
- Excellent **storytelling, composition, and video editing skills**.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with **social media video formats and marketing strategies**.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative video concepts.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in shooting **product-based, lifestyle, and brand storytelling videos**.
- Background in **photography** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **3D animation software** is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
