**Job Summary**

Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks, ensuring optimal performance and timely resolution of technical issues.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely support to users.
- Manage software installations, updates, and licenses.
- Monitor and maintain network systems, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures are in place.
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement or repairs.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and user manuals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT hardware and software support.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) and networking.
- Familiarity with IT management tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
