X-Gen College of Visual Art is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Marketing Officer** to join our team. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing campaigns to enhance the college's visibility, attract prospective students, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for promoting education in the visual arts.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

- Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote the college.
- Develop and post content on social media and the website.
- Design brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Organize events like open houses, exhibitions, and workshops.
- Build relationships with prospective students, schools, and local organizations.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Creative and enthusiastic mindset.
- Experience in marketing or event planning is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
