**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry and Verification**:

- Accurately input data from various sources into the company's databases and systems.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections where required.
- Maintain data quality standards by performing regular checks on entered information.

**Data Management**:

- Organize and manage large volumes of data in an efficient and logical manner.
- Update and maintain records by entering new and updated information promptly.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors in the data.

**Documentation**:

- Create and maintain records of entered data and any relevant documentation.
- Prepare routine reports and summaries based on the entered data as required.

**Confidentiality and Security**:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain data security protocols.
- Adhere to data protection regulations and company policies regarding data handling and confidentiality.

**Communication**:

- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any data-related issues or discrepancies.

**Efficiency and Productivity**:

- Strive to meet or exceed daily/weekly data entry targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency.

**Problem Solving**:

- Identify and address data-related issues promptly, seeking assistance when necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in the data.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role is preferred.
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle high volumes of data efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data protection and confidentiality principles.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and address data-related discrepancies.
- Basic understanding of database management and data entry procedures.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
