**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Order Management**
- Punch customer orders accurately in the system.
- Verify packing slips against physical material.
- Ensure timely dispatch of material.
- Share invoices with concerned stakeholders.

**2. Warehouse Management**
- Prepare and maintain purchase reports & freight sheets.
- Conduct weekly stock verification.
- Carry out periodic physical stock verification.
- Manage material handling activities.
- Raise stock indents as per requirement.

**3. Sales Return**
- Verify sales return material and documentation.
- Arrange callbacks and coordinate with sales for closure.

**4. Transportation**
- Arrange transport for dispatches.
- Share dispatch details with Sales team and Head Office.
- Confirm delivery with transporters/customers.

**5. Collection**
- Update collection information in Google Sheets based on sales team inputs (WhatsApp group updates).
- Coordinate with sales team to resolve discrepancies.

**6. MIS & Reporting**
- Maintain and update D-Form records.
- Prepare monthly branch claim reports.
- Generate MIS reports as per management’s request.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with internal and external teams.
