Job Description
- Responsibilities - ❏ Reports to the Installation Manager.
- ❏ Analyze drawings & clear all projects related doubts with the Designer.
- ❏ Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work with the coordinator.
- ❏ Ensure all carpenters/installers are wearing uniforms, and ID cards & follow office timings.
- ❏ Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.
- ❏ Monitor installation works regularly & update it to the coordinator till completion of execution.
- ❏ Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.
- ❏ Adherence to System & Process from time to time.
- ❏ Develop a good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both coordinator & Customers.
- ❏ Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update the report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge.

- ❏ Should be thorough in all modular products & accessories aspects.
- ❏ Good communicator, ability to handle multi-functional activity & pressure in the execution process.
- ❏ Ability to create good rapport with internal & external customers.
- ❏ Forecasting the market trend & align with the business accordingly to keep up the market needs.
- ❏ Working days
- 6 days per week
