Operating under detailed instructions and review, the purpose of this position is to provide the essential technical knowledge and perform the work listed. This role has the responsibility to promote Fluor's competitiveness within the global marketplace by delivering quality services of unmatched value and technical competence. The purpose of this position is to work on design and perform 3D layout of moderate scope to support the Design Area Lead or Lead.
- Prepare 2D Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings of moderate complexity
- Review drawings, and vendor equipment documentation of basic to moderate complexity within the discipline and from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements, and actively seek discrepancy resolution
- Perform bulk material take-off analysis and tabulations
- Adhere to industry codes and standards as well as department practices and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Background checks are carried out as part of any conditional offer made, including (but not limited to & role dependent) education, professional registration, employment, references, passport verifications and Global Watchlist screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located and be able to interview on site., Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

**Basic Job Requirements**
- A combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight to twelve (8-12) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications to comply with local requirements
- Modelling of Road, Drain, Pipe network (Gravity and Pressure), Paving, Catchment, Ponds, Pits, Culverts and other civil components using Civil 3D
- Modeling of Pipe network (Gravity and Pressure), Paving, Catchment, Fencing using SP3D and SP3D Software.
- Earthwork MTO and xml file generation from Civil 3D
- Civil drawing (Rough Grading, Finish Grading, Paving, UG utility network, etc.) preparation in Civil 3D and Smart Sketch
- Civil Drawing Sketch preparation in AutoCAD and MicroStation.
- Able to work in Model space and Paper space in Civil3D / AutoCAD.
- Able to work in plant coordinates and global coordinates.
- Able to work with Data Shortcuts and Xref Civil3D / AutoCAD.
- Civil Standard Drawings preparation.
- Incorporation of comments received from client & other discipline.
- Interaction with other departments for clarifications on information relevant to drawing.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Able to export Civil3D model to Navisworks and review for clashes and other required actions.
