**Job Description: 3D Motion Graphics Artist**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Animation and Motion Design**:

- Develop stunning 3D motion graphics and animations for videos, advertisements, and digital content.
- Design smooth transitions, particle effects, and dynamic simulations to enhance visual appeal.
- **Concept Development**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and storyboard ideas for motion graphics projects.
- Interpret project briefs and translate them into engaging visual narratives.
- **3D Modeling and Texturing**:

- Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and lighting setups for animation.
- Optimize assets for smooth performance in animations.
- **Rendering and Compositing**:

- Render scenes using advanced rendering engines (e.g., Redshift, Octane, V-Ray).
- Composite rendered elements and integrate motion graphics into final projects using tools like After Effects.
- **Technical Execution**:

- Ensure all projects meet technical requirements and are optimized for various platforms (e.g., social media, web, or broadcast).
- Troubleshoot rendering or animation issues effectively.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with designers, editors, and other team members to ensure alignment with creative goals.
- Present concepts and deliverables to clients or stakeholders when required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Software Proficiency**:

- Expert in 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max).
- Strong experience with motion design tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with rendering engines like Redshift, Octane, or V-Ray.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
- Ability to design visually appealing compositions and dynamic effects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Experience with particle systems, dynamics, and simulations.
- Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Expressions) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (a strong portfolio showcasing 3D motion graphics is required).
- Knowledge of video editing workflows and post-production pipelines.
